Baldassarra Architects is seeking a candidate to fulfill the role of Architectural Development Planner. We require someone with strong site planning and organizational skills who can work independently to lead development applications through the municipal process and into construction. In addition, the planner will assist in developing site plans and building elevations. We are looking for an individual with an eagerness to learn and develop their professional & design abilities as well as gain technical knowledge.

• Professional degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or related discipline
• Relevant industry experience, ideally within the commercial, industrial, or retail sectors                                                
• Computer drafting/rendering abilities with particular experience in softwares including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop
• Experience with municipal submissions & development applications (Site Plan Approval, Building Permit process) is strongly desired
• Ability to lead and work within a team environment ?
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
