Reporting to the Manager, Policy Planning, this position is responsible for the preparation of special planning studies, research projects, secondary plans, and assists in the general planning administration.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in the completion of policy planning projects, specialized land use studies and research activities associated with the long-range growth planningProcess and evaluate a full range of development applications for all types of land uses Prepare associated reports and recommendations to Planning Committee/Committee of Adjustment and CouncilAdvise individuals, commenting agencies, and other local bodies on planning mattersAssist with general planning administration
