The Corporation of the Township of Wainfleet invites qualified professional consulting firms to submit Bids to prepare a new Official Plan for the Township of Wainfleet, replacing the existing 2016 Plan, in conformity with the 2022 Niagara Region Official Plan; the Township requires professional planning expertise, supported by specialists in land use policy, natural heritage, housing, agriculture, infrastructure, and community engagement, to ensure the updated Plan aligns with the Provincial Planning Statement (PPS) and Regional policies while fulfilling the statutory 10-year review.
