Reporting to the Director of Planning Services and the Planner (as required), the Planning Technician will be responsible for performing a wide range of municipal activities including receiving, reviewing, and processing development applications, analyze applications and ensure compliance in accordance with relevant legislation including but not limited to the District of Muskoka Official Plan, the Township’s Official Plan and Community Planning Permit By-law.
