Under the direction of the Manager, Planning Services, the Planner is responsible for processing Planning Act applications, providing assistance to other departments as it relates to planning matters-i.e. zoning and property advice/information, and is responsible for providing planning opinions to the members of the public, Council and the Committee of Adjustment. The Planner also acts as back up to the Secretary-Treasurer to the Committee of Adjustment.
