Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, Development Planning, the Intermediate Development Planner will provide professional planning advice to City Council, other City departments, the general public, development community, and other government agencies related to land use planning and development. Primary duties will include reviewing, processing, providing recommendations on development applications including Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments, Draft Plans of Subdivision/Condominiums, Part Lot Control and Site Plans, and presenting Planning Reports to City Council and Committees of Council, and preparing all required implementation documents.
