The Development Coordinator will support the development approval process by coordinating, preparing and administering development agreements related to subdivisions, condominiums and site plans, maintaining development guidelines and manuals and processes. This position acts as a liaison between Planning, Building, Development Engineering, and Infrastructure Services Staff. Compensation includes an annual salary of $78,345 - $94,014 (2024 salary range, salary under review) for this non-union position, based on 37.5 hours weekly, and includes a comprehensive health, benefit and pension package.
