Your OpportunityThis is your opportunity to contribute to the success of our team, and our community. There are three core functions to this role: coordination of development and planning applications, preparation of planning reports and recommendations, and acting as a liaison between the Town and the public as well as various external agencies. Key accountabilities in each of the three functions include:

What it Takes to do the JobTo excel in this role, you should possess:
Experience and thorough knowledge of land development, municipal policies, and development approval processes, as well as development layout and design principles and geographic information systems (GIS).
