As a key member of Planning and Development Services the Secretary-Treasurer to Committee of Adjustment will manage applications for consent, minor variance and the expansion/enlargement of legal non-confirming use including public inquiries, public notice, minutes of meetings, notice of decisions, coordination of agency comments, receiving and organizing appeals, clearance of conditions and records management; respond to zoning and other inquiries. Compensation includes an annual salary of $68,396 - $82,059, and includes a comprehensive health, benefit and pension package.
